I needed a company to tow by business car this morning to an auto shop (from a gas station). My call was answered promptly and the rep, Amy, was very friendly. I was expecting to wait a little while before they could get to my vehicle, but was told they could be at my location within15 minutes and they were! The tow truck driver, Sam, was very friendly and got my vehicle to the auto shop with no problems. I own a business and strive to provide great customer service to my clients, so I expect the same with other businesses. Lawrence Towing did not disappointed and I'm very happy customer. I would highly recommend them to any one and will call them again if I need to use their service.

I had a dead vehicle in my garage. Sam from Lawrence Towing tried everything to get it started, but the battery was DOA. Sam was extremely careful loading my car to take to the repair shop. He treated my vehicle like it was his own. 5 Stars!!!!

I hit a curb and my tire busted, Lawrence Towing was there in less than 45 minutes. They got me, my pup and my vehicle loaded. They also took me to whatever shop I wanted. Great and speedy service will definitely use their services again.

I was driving through a parking lot I was unfamiliar with. Hoping there was an exit on the other side of the building, there wasn’t. Suddenly a tow truck driver ( who was also in the parking lot but placed with plenty of space for a car to get by) started SCREAMING at me. Berating me for even passing the tow truck trying to get out of the parking lot. I calmly told him what I was trying to do but he kept SCREAMING at me. At one point he began to angrily approach my car so I rolled up the window. STILL SCREAMING at me. So I started screaming back. Finally I pulled into a space and waited until their job was done. Which by the way they couldn’t get a correct angle to tow the car, so they drove away and so did I. There was no excuse for him to start SCREAMING at me. It could have been handl
