Lawrenceville Auto Center

This is my go to place for repairs. The best part about it is the NAPA certification. If I understand it correctly if in another location and you had warrant work it is the same as having it at LAC. That is very comforting. Now LAC people themselves are very nice and respectable, they tell you if you need work or don't as opposed to cha-ching add-ons like at some places. All my cars go to LAC and I've recommended it to local friends. I was so impressed that I went to my hometown and my mom had an issue on her car and I found the local NAPA place and took her car there. Same courteous and professional treatment.

From the moment I first called them to the moment I walked out the door with my vehicle, the fine and outstanding folks at Lawrenceville Auto Center were an absolute blessing to work with. Stephen and Kaitlyn are absolutely incredible with their level of care, communication, and understanding. I also thoroughly appreciate my technician Rich (I believe) for being honest about the issues my vehicle had and his best solutions and recommendations to solve them. As someone who tries to do everything himself, Lawrenceville auto center is the place I want to be when I can’t do it myself. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here as they will do nothing but treat it like it is their own personal vehicle. Keep up the amazing work, good service is getting harder and harder to find these days.

We have been coming here for years, now that our daughters have cars, we have all our 4 cars serviced here. They are extremely honest, and sometimes leave with us paying nothing if they found no major issues. They are also a great place to take a used car you might be thinking of buying. We had a car we were really interested in, and they showed us all the issues it had, including major transmission issues, pretty sure they saved us a ton of money and headaches

Lawrenceville Auto Center is great! John took care of my car problems and showed excellent customer care. He is very patient and understanding when it comes to explaining your car issues and will definitely have you coming back again. The timing was also smooth, I didn’t have to wait no more than about 25 minutes for my car to get taken care of and I was out the door!
