Lazydays RV – Sell Your RV

It’s sad to see how sometimes people take advantage of watching you want something really bad and all the excitement that comes with it. That’s what happened to us. We bought an RV last year from Lazy Days RV in Tampa and after I went through the paperwork, it was $20,000 more than the original sale price but I had already signed and already bought it. I have no complaints of the sales person but when I got to the dealer everything changed. I had initially purchased it in the 2024 RV Show in Tampa and we struggled so so much. Everything was an issue but now I just want to make you aware that there is zero transparency and zero honesty coming from these people. After I had checked the numbers and put it all together, it was nothing compared to what they had told us in the beginning.

Sold us a brand new 2020 which was totaled out by insurance by 2023. No help from Lazydays from the beginning. Upon delivery our kitchen sink fell out of the cabinet AND gray tank had fallen through the RV and Lazy Days made us wait 8 months to get in for warranty service. The STENCH we had to live with for that many months and Lazydays didn't case -- they made the sale. That said, likely this is what caused our black mold problem leading to totaling the vehicle. After discovering the mold we find our water heater was leaking the entire time since purshase as well. Likely contributed to mold. Our roof membrane was also installed incorrectly by manufacturer and led to rot in the roof and slideout within the first year with no help from the so called "10 year roof warranty". TERRIBLE QUAL

Wasted 2 weeks of our time trying to get a used rv, they have serious issues all the way up to managment. Unless youre going to give them your first born, the chances of making a purchase through them is damn near impossible. Im a disabled veteran and had a strong cosigner waited for them to get back to me the first call i got was to return my deposit i asked why the hell wpuld you do that if i have a deposit on an rv already two weeks later no rv and waiting on my deposit return will never shop at lazy days again and suggest others go somewhere else as well

I was looking to come in today as you have many Motorhomes under $200k, but after checking these reviews I might be better off just going to a private party as there are no expectations after a sale. I would like management to respond to this on this site, and let me, and anybody reading this know what you have done. I would like all those who posted reviews here to please update your post and let all read what has become of your issue. In mynopinion some people in management need to go.

We have bought several Class A motorhomes from them. They are friendly, professional and if we ever had a problem they always took care of it.
