LB Tires

ZERO STARS . My girlfriend came to get her tire changed because of an air leak. She arrived around 1 pm. After trying and failing to get the lug nuts off while balding them in the process the employees proceeded to tell her they simply can’t get the tire off . They didn’t try to do anything else to better her experience. They said they could call a mechanic to get the tire off but this would be an extra $180. So now we are sitting here after waiting 5+ hours on a tow truck . We are two young girls. They haven’t came to check or to offer any kind of assistance after making the process worst by balding two of the lug nuts with their impatience and lack of education.

This was by far the fastest experience I've ever had they got me back on the road in under 10 minutes! Super easy and professional experience. Highly recommend.

Carson helped us out this morning and provided excellent service. It turned out we had a small nail in our tire that needed to be patched, and the whole process took less than 30 minutes

Amazing people!! A driver ran me off the road and my tire popped right in front of this tire shop. The employees came across the street and changed my tire on the spot 10 minutes before closing time. Reasonably priced, efficient and friendly. Nothing but respect for these folks!
