My mother (70 years old) and I went to this dealership as potential customers and left having to call the police because the owner became hostile, aggressive, and racially abusive for absolutely no reason. The moment the owner noticed my mother’s Nigerian accent, his demeanor changed completely. He became irate and verbally abusive, repeatedly claiming that “Nigerians are scammers” and making derogatory comments about Nigerians based on his personal grievances from his past. None of that had anything to do with us — we were simply there to look at a vehicle. His behavior escalated so severely that I recorded the entire incident and contacted local law enforcement to de-escalate the situation and protect my elderly mother. On March 4 2026 I initially paid $2,000 via Zelle as part of a down payment for a Jeep listed at LBC Auto Sales. The dealer agreed that I could pay the remaining $2,000 the next day and complete the purchase. 2. During this agreement, we also discussed that I could pay the remaining $500 within two weeks after the initial payments. The dealer agreed to these terms. 3. Before arriving at the dealership the next day, I Zelle’d the remaining $2,000 to the dealer so I could complete paperwork and pick up the keys. 4. Upon arriving, the dealer changed the terms unexpectedly. Instead of allowing the agreed $500 to be paid within two weeks, he demanded $2,500 immediately, which I could not provide. 5. W

Here is why: I was a bit skeptical to buy from here since I have been messed up big time by a buy here pay here place and I am still picking up the pieces of it with my credit. LBC had by far the best prices after visiting several places that day and was very friendly and accommodating. They even helped me find an unbeatable insurance rate for a sports car. They have been great non-stop; they work with me for any small issues I came up with and have been probably the best experience in car sales I have ever had. Mike is WORLD CLASS! He was up front and honest with Carfax report and discussed all that he knew about the vehicle. That's all you can ask for. We did our homework and it only confirmed what Mike said. We were purchasing from 3 hours out of town so we needed the vehicle to be as advertised, no surprises. We needed flexibility with the price and he made it happen. We needed to travel 16 hours right away, he got an oil change done. We needed to come in after hours, he and Selena stayed.
