LCC Powersports - Kansas City

LCC has been phenomenal the past year. I first bought some tires online and had them install them only to learn that I could’ve gotten them cheaper through LCC plus they offer a discount when you buy tires from them and have them install them. The second time I needed tires, I purchased them from LCC, same with the third. Purchasing tires and having them install them was super easy and Luke was very thorough with timing and getting the bikes back to me. Bryan works on my bikes most of the time and he does a phenomenal job. Aside from their fantastic customer service and labor, I learned recently that LCC now sales and services Rawrr electric dirt bikes. This is cool for me because I own two of those bikes. I had my 890 duke r serviced and a few minor things looked at. I had to reschedule my initial appointment due to a work conflict and Luke was very flexible and helped me find another suitable time. Bryan was the tech who worked on my bike and while a part needed to be ordered from ktm he had the bike ready for me to ride until it came in. Overall very pleased with the professional and accommodating manner that was shown. Andrew also was great about letting me know as soon as the part did arrive. Solid group of people here, definitely recommend LCC!

I just moved to the Northland and trying to find somebody you can trust to work on your motorcycle it's always a challenge, but these guys pleasantly surprised me. I was going to try to do some of my own work so I I had bought some parts, and then I thought I should leave it to the professionals. I took a couple parts in for a back tire to be replaced and some brake work, and Luke and Mike in the service department were really easy to work with and it doesn't happen much these days, but I almost feel like I got a little more than I paid for. So that's always a good thing. I'll definitely be back to see these guys. Thanks fellas.

One of my atvs went on a trip to Colorado and the fuel pump went out. Day 1. After getting back home I called LCC, discussed my situation with Luke and informed me they could get me taken care of. Luke was very professional from the start to finish and Mike was clutch on the repairs and they reminded me of a battery issue I forgot about, brought it to my attention after their assessment and fixed everything I needed done. It seems to be running top notch and everything feels properly adjusted and functioning correctly.

I came in as a new customer for my seasonal oil change & chain adjustment. Luke in service was really helpful getting my estimate & very knowledgeable about my general maintenance intervals. My sports bike was ready the same day as my scheduled appointment too. Quick & easy service. I will be returning here for future maintenance. Thank you, gentlemen.
