LCS Auto Service

I went to LCS auto service at a recommendation from a friend at Newark transportation department. I showed them the sheet from Ford that said the canister needed to be replaced. They replaced the purge valve. Guess what I’m still getting the same gas smell because of the canister replaced was not replaced. And when I said to him that Ford when I went back and told him that Ford had said it was the canister. I told him Ford coated the canister and I showed him the paperwork from Ford. And he charged me 500 and something dollars for the purge valve and it’s the canister cause I still have the same gas smell that I had before I took it into his shop. I went back and talked to him. Throughout my previous visits, I have consistently experienced satisfactory service. The team has always been prompt in addressing my needs. Furthermore, when presenting a list of required tasks, they efficiently prioritize them based on urgency. For instance, today, my vehicle exhibited starting issues, and I was uncertain of the cause. Upon bringing it in for a diagnostic assessment, the issue was identified as a faulty battery, which was promptly replaced. I will always go to them with my business

Chris was great! I called and he got my car in as soon as possible! Identified the issue immediately, got my car in and out within 24hrs. Said it drives like new again and it does! Overall, the service was great, price was fair and my car is fixed!

LCS has always given me great service. Needed a tire fixed so I dropped it off in the morning and he had it done and ready for pickup on my way home from work. Thanks Chris for the awesome service!
