Over the years, I have purchased three vehicles from Austin at Total Motors, and he has consistently shown exceptional dedication to finding a deal that suits my preferences. His expertise and professionalism are particularly noteworthy. When I am ready to upgrade, I will definitely return. Furthermore, the body shop and service department are deserving of recognition for their outstanding work. After my vehicle suffered hail damage just a month after purchase, they efficiently repaired it, restoring it to its original state. Shopping locally has been a pleasure.

Drove over 100 miles to see a truck they have listed and was told its in fantastic condition, and the store Manager had given me a great price on. 2017 F250 had hail damage to the hood, and damage to drivers side bumper and box side. Manager took off another $400. We then found out in order to get the negotiated price, we had to purchase a $1995 ceramic protection package. No too impressed, buyer beware of the "fees and packages"

I traded in at 2019 1500 Dodge Ram for a 2017 Ram back in November. I was visiting the area from New Mexico...I would NEVER TRADE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN!! Ihad to purchase a new battery after I drove off in the 2500 I traded for..$245.00 the battery cost me,still ZERO REIMBURSEMENT from them....the salesman put the back seat down to show me it was set up for pet owners...actually,he set it up without me watching & now i see why,the frigging seat is busted ! Its January 15th & STILL NO REGISTRATION from them! I can't go get plates for this truck... Ya took my $10 thousand cash from me & my 2019 Dodge Ram...and what do I have...a 2017 2500 Dodge that the transmission is going out in Ya Got Me Good !! 👍🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🤬

My elderly mother had work done on her car. They quoted her just under $600. She said yes do the work. When she got the bill it was over $2,000 & change. Parts were $450 alone & labor was almost $1700!! No call or anything to verify if she still wanted the work done with the price difference. This sounds like a total scam as far as I’m concerned. Sounds like other people have had similar experiences as well. They will be lucky to get anyone’s business after this. The managers should be ashamed of these practices.
