ordered parts from the bronx location, which were not in stock at that specific location but were in stock at the Masphet location. Counter man assured me that the part but the don’t have they can’t take my order because is 4:30 and the system is down they rush to leave

Ordered a thermostat payed for it 1/18/2022 For 198.00 today my bank is showing a pending payment to this place for 584.77 for what ? Called and talked to Chris he tells me they didn’t run my card for anything. Told me he will have an accountant call me this was @09:10 this morning 2/17/2022 still no answer on what I supposedly bought.

The package was delivered to their location early in the morning and wasn’t even opened nor was I notified until days later when they delivered it to my shop I attempted to return the part and they refused since it was “SPECIAL ORDERED OVERNIGHT FOR ME” (which I didn’t ask because it was supposedly in stock) they then proceeded to run
