I purchased my first car from their Jacksonville location when I was 19, and it was a great experience — I paid it off with no issues, the staff was friendly, and my account was always handled correctly. That’s why I decided to return for another purchase. Unfortunately, my experience at the Broadway (now Sherwood) location was completely different. Clifton and the manager terrible customer service, and there were constant issues with my account. They claimed they reported to the credit bureau, but they never did. Instead, I kept receiving negative marks saying my account was past due, even though I always paid on time. Month after month, I called to get this corrected, and nothing was ever resolved. I have to say I wasn’t expecting the the service I received given this wasn’t a dealership, but I was greeted by Sante and he was amazing. He walked me through the process and helped me alot. The finance manager was good and explained everything well.

I haven't had a bad experience at all! I've even needed to change my payment dates around and they were very helpful. I would def recommend them to friends and family.
