Dan was friendly and obviously an expert at his job. He runs an excellent service with reasonable prices. I would absolutely work with him again and highly recommend you give him a call for your towing needs.

Staff were abrasive in their assertion to me that my vehicle was totaled. It wasn’t, and I would offer the feedback to please not make assertions outside of your scope of expertise, which as far as I know is not assessment or determination of the condition of a vehicle, but rather more related to transporting vehicles from one place to another. It would have been less upsetting if the staff weren’t as rude as they were about my car being totaled and the decisions made about it due to that.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Called Tuesday to set up a tow on Saturday at 2pm for a 3pm appointment in Albany (I am in Waterloo area.) At 2 pm I am waiting for my tow. At 2:05 I tired to call and get voicemail. I call again at 2:15 still straight to voicemail. At 2:25 I get a call from company stating they are at a family function in Portland and they would not be towing my car. He stated he tried to call 3 times on Friday and my voicemail was full. They did not try to call. There are no missed calls and my voicemail is empty. If I could give no star to this company I would. Do not use them!! They are unreliable and not truthful. I scheduled this tow appointment in plenty of time to make my appointment and thanks to their incompetence I was late to my appointment, that the mechanic came in

Friendly, knowledgeable service and went out of his way to help me get there and back. Would def recommend.

Great experience, not only did Dan tow my broke down pickup but he offered to check out and fix the issue. I had my pickup fixed up and back on the road the very next morning for a fair cost. Great experience, would return.
