I blew up my BMW M4 Competition and called this towing company, and they had me picked up in less than 20 minutes. From the moment he arrived, the level of care was obvious. My car is very low to the ground with a body kit, and he took his time loading it onto the flatbed, making sure nothing scraped and everything was done properly. He didn’t rush, double-checked clearances, and treated the car like it was his own. He then drove all the way from Santee to Mira Mesa to drop it off without any issues. where do i start? sebastian? loved him and was very grateful and appreciative of him. he came out pretty quickly to help me with my car. he was nice , patient & very friendly. also informative. i could’ve easily been overcharged, however the pricing was fair. i had an issue with someone who did work on my car & he helped me resolve the issue on his own time. couldn’t have asked for a better technician 10/10 recommend him and this company
