There will be two seperate reviews, this will be for the product itself and the other for customer service. As for this product, I bought the Advanced Million Color LED Motorcycle Lighting Kit for Harley Davidson Road Glide & Street Glide. According to the website, "The included power harness is compatible with 1994 and later Harley Davidson Touring Models such as Street Glide, Road Glide and Electra Glide motorcycles". No it does not. I would have had to spend another $40 dollars from Harley to get an adapter power harness. I was already out $285 because this company charged $45 in shipping on Amazon. You do not find out that you need the power harness unless you specifically search for the power harness on the site to find out the you need an additional power harness from Harley.

I purchased a trike kit then added some more lights ended up having to purchase an larger module they never had all the colors it was supposed to have it should have 15 colors it only has 5 but when I hit my brakes they all turn red. The last ride lights purple. I called tech support and all they said is I had a short in the wiring. After tracing some of the wiring I found a light unplugged I plugged it in the lights worked but the brakes still are purple. So I called back now it's the module so I ordered a module. I received the module and still have only 5 colors but the brakes lights are red now. I called back to say I only have 5 colors and the same answer is I have a short. This seems to be the standard answer. The next time they mess up I will remove them I give them 1 star rating be

Purchased a base set 4 years ago for a Yamaha golf cart. It was an easy install and I felt it was a quality product. The unit still works great today so I decided to buy a Bluetooth 12mil color full kit for a Club Car that I own. Easy install, quality (well built) product and great service. The cart looks awesome with the new lights. I highly recommend the Bluetooth 12 Mil color set.

Complete junk, and the customer service is even worse, the app doesn't work, the remote doesn't work, the warranty is only a year and after a year and half the cheap control box needs to be replaced 90$.And the trouble of having to replace it hours of work. The control box never got wet and is in the garage all the time on my motorcycle. Look at the reviews 2.0 should tell you DON'T BUY THIS CHEAP CRAP
