I usually go to Discount Tire because the inspection is free, but this time reminded me why “free” isn’t always worth it. The last time I had a tire issue there, I waited over 3 hours before anyone even looked at my car, only to be told I needed a new tire. This time, I went to Firestone with a nail in my tire. They fixed it for $35 and had me out in under an hour. No upselling, no scare tactics, just straightforward service. Hands down the best $35 I’ve spent. Ask for George!

I came here in 2023 for a flat tire repair, and it has always stood out to me how friendly and helpful the staff were. (Wish I knew their names; one was an older gentleman.) They were kind, and spent significant time and energy searching for my wheel lock key -- which they eventually found, and I left that day with a fixed tire and a mere bill of $25 bucks. Now, two years later, I'm in need of a tire replacement, and Lee Rollins is the first place I thought of to call.
