From the moment I called to get an estimate and setting appt time , the customer service and everyone there was so friendly & helpful. They let you know daily the progress of your vehicle. Can’t say enough as to how helpful and a pleasant experience it was working with Lees to get my vehicle repaired after an unfortunate accident. Ellen and John were both friendly, helpful and informative during the entire process. The finished product was impeccable with no visibility of repairs made. Professional service from drop off, arranging car rental and repairs.

I had a great experience with Lee's Auto Body. They were upfront that it would take a month or two until they could get my car in for repairs (it was drivable in the meantime), but as soon as they took my car in, it took them just a week to fully replace the passenger side door. I really appreciate that they told me about the wait instead of having me drop off my car earlier and waiting a month or longer for repairs. I made a mistake when I got the check from my insurance (this is my first car accident) and deposited the check into my bank account. When I went to pay, Lee's said they normally have a policy to only take up to $1,000 from a credit or debit card, but they made an exception so I wasn't scrambling for cash last minute. Lee’s did a great job on my Mazda CX-5. Damage was extensive and they made the look brand new and also dealt with my insurance company. Kept me updated on progress throughout the process.

CX5 passenger side messed up really bad. Lee's Auto Body took care of it, way earlier than expected. Excellent job and service. Highly recommended. Thank You. They did it again! Lee’s auto body went far beyond the work order. In for a moulding replacement and wheel alignment. They threw in the WA as complimentary and took care of some paint specks that were mysteriously all over the hood and front end. Again highly recommend. Thank you.
