Kenny got my husband and I set up in a beautiful 2020 Escalade, with a 10/10 experience ! Would definitely recommend these guys to anybody looking for a new vehicle ! Let me make an edit here. We had a very good initial experience, but once the transaction was complete we kind of got left in the dust on a few things. I was never given any purchase of agreement paperwork, and still looking for a few personal items left on my old vehicle that I sold to them. I asked about both items many times and was always given a vague “I’ll get them to you”. So just buyers beware, don’t leave if you don’t have every thing you need. You guys know my contact info, let’s get this fixed. Especially after an almost $50,000 transaction 😉

From the moment we were greeted until the time we left, Kenny treated us with respect and gave great advice. As a mother who is looking for a first car for her son I was a little concerned about my lack of experience car shopping for a teenager. Kenny not only engaged professionally and with great humor towards myself, but to my son as well. We ultimately did not purchase a car on this day due to indecisiveness on my son’s end. But he did listen to reason when Kenny spoke with him and developed a greater understanding of what his first vehicle should be. I recently got my first car from here, a Nissan pathfinder; it is amazing and the people here are the kindest I've ever met especially at a dealership. I drove out of state and got what I needed and wanted, I would go back before going anywhere else for a car!

They are not honoring the written 3 month drivetrain warranty that was included in our purchase. It cost us almost $4000.00 to have the transmission rebuilt. It was diagnosed as very bad by several shops soon after we brought it home. Kenny told us to have it diagnosed. Now, Kenny keeps ignoring our calls and messages. We want to get this resolved right away, or we are prepared to take it to court with our paperwork. It’s a shame because there are so many good reviews here, which was a big part of our decision to buy our 2018 Grand Caravan from them. Now, they won't even answer our phone calls or return messages/emails. Kenny, please call Stacy or myself to make good on the purchase agreement. You have our numbers and email.
