Saw this new shop open up and wanted to test them out. I got my brake pads and rotors done before the snow. They gave me a great quote almost half of what I used to pay. Excellent customer service, quick work, and the shop looks clean. I’ll definitely be back.

Huge shoutout to Legacy Auto Center! My blower motor went out and I was stuck with no heat in this freezing weather. They got me in right away, took care of the issue, and had me back on the road warm and comfortable again. They’ve worked on all of my vehicles over the years and it doesn’t matter which location I go to, the service is always top-notch. CUSTOMER BEWARE: Any competent person who questions the pricing will be brushed off. They ordered the wrong part and then blamed it on the part store for “putting the wrong part in the box.” Prior to the incorrect part being installed, they were telling me I couldn’t order a cheaper part claiming “it couldn’t be sourced” which was a blatant lie. (I searched up the part at two different locations disproving their false claim) That left me without a car over the weekend. On top of that nonsense the pricing changes. I was first quoted an astronomical number for the service that I already got quoted for at a different shop I usually frequent. $126 markup.
