I had a terrible experience with this shop after bringing my car in for a bumper replacement through insurance. The repair ended up costing over $4,000, yet the work was sloppy and incomplete. Communication was poor — I never even received a call when my car was finished, and only found out by calling myself. When I picked it up (a week and a half later), the bumper wasn’t aligned and the paint wasn’t blended. Instead of telling me in advance, they blamed insurance for not approving blending and admitted someone had “forgotten” to fix the alignment of the bumper. Suddenly the next day the insurance then approved the blending. I had to leave my car for another day so they could redo what should have been done right the first time. This place is amazing. Excellent customer service. Very friendly. Went in for a number replacement after getting rear ended. Price was exactly as quoted. Got my car back in less time than expected. I had a disaster on my hands when a winter storm hit us on the mountain and heavy, wet snow weighed the trees down. Living at elevation and in the forest, there really wasn't anywhere to move the cars so that they would be "safe," and it was a relentless dumping of snow that just wouldn't quit. A huge tree snapped and crushed my Mazda, and I was sure it would be totalled. Insurance was slow to get back to me with instructions, so I took initiative and called around to find a shop.
