Terrible customer service from the young lady at the front desk. She was very dismissive and made it seem like it was my fault that their oil change service next door does not get the appointments scheduled online. If you don't schedule appointment for car inspections, it should be removed from the website. This was an inspection from an error made at this location, but only offered to keep my car for a couple of days (which i wasn't prepared for). Didn't offer a good time to bring it back or any alternatives, just kept looking at whatever she was doing on her computer and didnt say a word. I'm sure no one will care and I'm just another number, but I will take my money back to Speedway Ford in Griffin, even if it is a little further away.
