I just picked up my 2021 blazer red line edition from LEGACY TIRE and Auto Repair in youngstown on mahoning Avenue! I couldn't be anymore HAPPIER and IMPRESSED with the knowledge, and service i received! No bullshit was thrown my way....Just FACTS and thats what I LIKE! THANK YOU WAYNE and the rest of the crew over at LEGACY!!!!! Ill definitely be a returning customer and I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU!!!!! My blazer rides like a dream now! I got all 4 new cooper tires and front brake pads! If you need anything, please call them FIRST!

Overall this was a positive experience. Went in for worn out brakes and they were able to diagnose a deeper issue. Typically I would be skeptical of these types of unravelings but was shown hands-on these issues in detail from the techs who were also very friendly. Wayne at the front desk also is very knowledgeable as well and a great mediator I will use them in the future for car repair

My husband and I were visiting family in Ohio. The valve stem cracked on one of the tires, and it was necessary to find help asap as we were losing air fast. We went to one shop and contacted another nearby, and both said there was a long wait (hours). My husband called Legacy Tire (a few blocks away), and they told us to come and they would take care of our issue immediately! In just a few minutes, it was fixed and we were on our way. We took our truck into Legacy Tire and Auto as an engine light came on. The Service Manager, Wayne, was very professional and quick to get us in for an appointment. After the initial inspection, Wayne was prompt in calling us to tell us what needed done: an oil change, a new manifold gasket and manifold bolts as the bolts previously put on the truck was not the right ones. Because Legacy Tire and Auto is our go to and trusted auto shop, we knew they would do an excellent job. Their auto technician, CJ, worked on our truck and did a great job getting it completed in a timely manner. Their prices are by far the best around and their customer service is the best.

Same AMAZING service, I’ve been coming to see Rich since I’ve been 20, doing business with the same family for 15 years and not one time under the new or old name have I bought tires from another dealer! They are professional as you can be and reasonable to price you out “they do have top of the line expensive options that are really nice too” but the working man in someone who can walk in and know they’re going to have a good experience, not be lied to or up charged. Amazing Company and Legacy the word suites them better than their old name of west side tire. Because the legacy of the business speaks for itself! Thank you for all the honest car repair years!
