Update : 8/6/25 They ended up reaching out to me. They sent out someone to my job to pick up and drop off my vehicle so the service could be completed and offered me a rental. Overall everyone was very nice, accommodating and helpful. I had an appointment for a regular maintenance and a software recall at 9:30am. Four hours later they were still not done with the maintenance or even started the recall. I had to leave after 4 1/2 hours without the recall being done. Wasted my morning and was not even updated through the process.maintenance was only rotating the tires

I called ahead of time for a pick up a battery to replace and they were helpful and had one in stock. Prices were better than the big box automotive part stores and great warranty too.

The staff doesn't care about customers I'll explain the lady I was rushing for other appointment the car wash ready and if I don't go and find out the car was ready I'd still there sitting I don't know till what time

Threw my floor mat in the backseat without telling me. Overall experience wasn’t good
