Because why did I buy my car 3 days ago and I got 3 lights on my dashboard already and instead of fixing it because I haven’t even had it a week and they want meeee to pay to fix what they never fixed before that sold it to me smh like don’t get me wrong great car but why not fix it before selling it I really came back in on the 2nd day because the engine light was on but she “fixed it “ and it came back on the next day 😂 … all I got to say is before you buy a car from here ask to test drive it

SELL LEMONS…. Purchased 2018 Hyundai Sonata once I drove off the lot the car immediately began stopping while and cutting off while in drive. I reached out to the GM and the Finance Manager to let them know I want to return the vehicle and get my refund. I was told I can’t get my money back but I can return it and it’ll be a voluntary repo. I took the vehicle to Auto zone and O Riley’s and got my own diagnostic test and both test came back with 54 codes and engine problems. I let the GM know and I was told that those are general codes it doesn’t mean that’s what’s actually wrong with the vehicle and that I would have to tow the vehicle to their facility and pay the tow fee plus a $100 diagnostic fee. I will also have to continue to make car payments while the vehicle is in service. I lite

this is not a good dealership at all , the only reason there is good reviews on here is bc they say “if you leave a review you’ll get a $10 gas card” & they also WILL charge you for every little inconvenience even if it’s there fault . ellie & samantha are the rudest most disrespectful ones up there & shawn the boss does not hold his employees to a high standard professionally . i came outta pocket of 2bands plus & BARELY had the car 2 months . i’ve already made my video on tiktok @_.ocfatsjr go to my page to get the details & james the maintenance guy was smoking cigarettes in my car when he was suppose to be fixing it & ellie has some type of smoking device on her desk . i’ll insert pictures of both ^ & pictures of when they were fixing the electrical problem how they left my car wiring

Update. I still didn’t get my car back and bus system is not reliable so I’m late. My job is on the line now. I really would like the car back since I paid for it. I’m just wondering why I wound up with a car that has all these problems and had to be returned to the shop twice since I’ve had the car and it’s only been two weeks. It has overheated twice, and my key stopped working, so I cannot lock the car doors or I will get locked out? I’ve also had to pay extra in towing fees and the locksmith. How about sometime at work unpaid because of the problems I’ve been having. Everybody else is having a good experience why can’t I? I paid 3000 down and made my first payment.
