Legend Nissan Service

I had a great experience at Legend Nissan and want to give a special shoutout to Frank. He was Ver, very helpful, professional, and kind from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Customer service like this truly stands out. Frank went above and beyond, and because of him, I will definitely continue coming back and recommending this service center to others. Thank you, Frank, for your outstanding services.

On January 19, I had an 8:00 AM diagnostic appointment at Legend Nissan Syosset. I took the day off specifically for this appointment, only to be told when I arrived that their computers were down and they could not service my car. I explained I could not come back another day due to work, so Frank offered to pick up my vehicle from my job in Rosedale and return it by 2:20 PM. I later received a text saying pickup would be at 10:30 AM, which concerned me because I needed my car returned by 2:20. I received a call around 9:28 AM saying they would arrive earlier, but they still did not pick up my car until after 10:00 AM. After pickup, I was told the issue was a software update and quoted $210 (and told warranty would only cover it if the radio was broken). They offered a $60 discount due

Complete nightmare from beginning of appointment till the end. Took the guy forever to find my car and information, Very slow and clueless then they do a simple oil change which took them 2 hrs. After oil change my car felt shaky. Had to go back and waste another hour. Brand new car. Worst customer service, it’s all a game to these people, never again. They’ll probably get a raise for this!

Vanessa is super awesome and chill , very pleasant to talk to and deal with. it was my first time there I haven’t been there in many years… I took off 2 stars because the guy with glasses in charge of payment I didn’t like how he spoke to me he spoke to me like I was slow , am just new to all of this I should’ve asked him for his name he needs RETRAINING AND TO LEARN HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS MORE PLEASANT AND NOT HAVE AN ATTITUDE. IF HE DOESNT LIKE HIS JOB IN HELPING CUSTOMERS HE SHOULD QUIT. Also something to note , there should be at least 1 hand sanitizer dispenser in the waiting room/area I mean as it is it’s as basic as it can be what happened to the half bagels they used to give for breakfast ? It was a nice compliment to the service process.

I can’t say enough good things about the service center. They are caring, easy to work with in a pleasure to do business with. I’ve been coming here for a few years and my sentiment for the service center continues to grow.
