I would not recommend this establishment for insurance-related repairs based on my experience. A vehicle remained at the shop for an extended period, was returned dirty, and repairs were not completed properly. After picking up the car, personal items were missing. A police report was filed, and we were informed by the responding officer that a vehicle was seen near if at the time. When I called the shop, I received inconsistent explanations regarding whether the car was locked, whether the windows were down, and whether security cameras were functioning. Ultimately leading me to the conclusion that they were involved in the incident due to the inconsistencies, and the contradiction in their explanations. If your get in a wreck and have a claim DONT pick here. They’ll give you the car back knowing parts don’t fit correctly or communicate professionally. It’s either there right and your always wrong just save yourself a headache and DONT waste your insurance claim going here ! And if you speak to Veronica know she will get pissy and childish with you, it’s laughable but it’s really sad that they condone business as your fault not there’s, DONOT CHOOSE HERE SAVE THAT INSURANCE CLAIM YALL!! It’s a waste of time here your car will come to you unfinished, lack of info on paint, and liars. Don’t waste yoUR TIME! Where majority of the body shops in Carlsbad had a 2 month wait & wouldn't take my insurance as payment - the deductible this place took my insurance got me in and out within a week & done an AWSOME job. The old saying drive a little save a lot applies here on top of GOOD QUALITY WORK. I am very impressed. If I have another fender bender I'll definitely make that hour drive again.

10/10. Very professional and had my vehicle in and out the same day. I got work done on my driver door. Can't even tell there was damage. Definitely recommend.
