Extremely impressed by the services provided at this dealership! Massive shout-out to J.D. Brooks - super nice guy and went above and beyond - start to finish - with one of our corporate fleet vehicles. As well as the gentleman who contacted me about the door body work -- sorry I forgot your name but you are amazing! J.D. pls make sure the guy who did the body work for us is also recognized!.... If only I could pluck this Ford service department out of the ground and drop it into Atlanta, GA where I live, I would be so happy! Lol. Our fleet vehicle was in need of some major help when it was transported down from another state to be taken over by another employee. They did not let the vehicle sit when it arrived; they got to work immediately. It needed major maintenance, parts, body work,
Thoroughly impressed with how I was treated here. My service manager Jarrod took great care of me and my Explorer while it was being serviced, and the shop foreman Oscar went above and beyond to ensure all of my concerns were addressed. This is definitely my service center from here on out.
