Maintenance Team Review: I've been meaning to post a review for the Leisureland RV Service department since, I had the Roadmaster suspension system installed on my 2024 Keystone Arcadia 21SRK, last July. After putting on 5000+ miles this summer I felt it a good time to give the team a heart felt "Thank you" for a job well done. Kudos to Josh for taking on the task of a new product installation. Josh and team did an awesome job insuring the install was accurately aligned and all hardware securely torqued to OEM specifications. I've also had several warranty claims, that Keystone denied, which John and his service department made the necessary repairs to with no cost to me. My experience today here was fantastic! Both Josh, the tech, and Brady, the manager, were extremely helpful and got my hitch adjusted correctly. They also looked at a few things in my trailer that I am going to get fixed soon. I will absolutely be bringing my trailer here from now on as I am confident that the work will be done fairly, professionally and accurately.
