The best dealer I have ever walked into The service advisors are fantastic. Respectful helpful i would definitely buy a vehicle from them. I've had a lot of Dodge trucks, and I will own another one. We took our 2021 Dodge Ram truck to have the DEF system repaired. After a few days and $2,400 we were told the truck was ready. We made it a few miles down the road and the truck again was going into "limp" mode due to the DEF system. We carried the truck back to the dealership. After a few days they tell us they cannot fix the problem or don't know what the problem is. We declined any further work from them. We go to pick the truck up and they charge us another $300 for labor and diagnostic fees. After paying over $2,700 we still have the same problem. Please find yourself a competent diesel mechanic or different dealership before spending any money here.
