Worse lock out experience we have ever had. We use towing services on average every other weeks for some of our employees that lock their keys in their trucks. Lenox local towing is basically a dispatch: you pay them and call them and they dispatch an independent driver. The driver was from xpress towing licence CA 575754. The crap started when the driver asked my employee for extra money, then the ETA given to us was “the driver is 48min away estimate about 1h” we waited total 3h30. The driver kept saying he was close then sending different ETAs. I think the driver was responding to other calls on their way which is totally unprofessional to wait that long. How else can you explain them taking 3 time longer than anticipated. I will never use this dispatching company or xpress towing ever
