I own a repair shop and deal with multiple parts vendors every day, for the last 45 years. Lentini's has gotten me out of more jambs than I could ever count, always coming through when no one, and I mean no one has the parts we need. Steve, my all time favorite parts guy is fast, thorough, caring and even sends me photos to ensure we are getting what we need. I honestly enjoy calling him, and listening to him giving me the "good news". The delivery drivers are friendly too. These guys are the best, and that's saying a lot in this industry. Shady online business practices. They won't respond to the "note to seller" and then claim you never sent one until you show them proof then they refuse to acknowledge that beforehand. I had specifically asked to include a part or it would be useless to me. The manufacturer says it's one part and they did not state otherwise AND had it included in the pictures in the listing. Then they keep saying i filed a false reason for return and need to modify it and threatened my eBay account. The only problem here is that you can't modify a return reason on eBay. Once you close the return it's done. That's what they're betting on. I've dealt with it before. I had to delay a job and shell out an extra $100 to get it done due to the missing part which they have every chance of clarifying my concerns
