My experience here reinforces my preference to use a local mom and pop or, in this case, father and son operation over some corporate entity that is more interested in maxing profitability than providing value to their customers. My experience started by calling and speaking with the father of the operation who listened to my description of the trucks behavior and then speculated on what the problem was prior to me bringing the vehicle in. He was highly forthcoming in the knowledge he shared with me and it was clear that he knew transmissions in and out. When I brought my F-150 in, I dealt mostly with the son, Chris, who was equally patient, knowledgeable, and informative and actually showed me parts from past repairs in their shop as he explained what was likely wrong with my transmissi

Very knowledgeable and personable. Took time to explain what he thought was wrong with my vehicle which was not something he could do. But he noticed something else and took care of it. Small matter but didn’t charge for his time. Would definitely recommend him.

Leonard's transmission worked on my very first car a 1971 Chevelle (~1976). I have used them ever since. They have worked on ~ 5 - 6 of my vehicles and several for my dad. I highly recommend them. Have always been straightforward, honest and do great work with reasonable prices.
