I wasted half of my day here and then they refused to fix my car … called since 12 noon and asked what time i should bring my car in and i was told to come now when i showed up i was told to leave and come back . When i arrived back at 2 i waited for an hour until someone came to get my keys to look at my car. I received good recommendations from this shop and they were not met . I asked for a wheel alignment and it was not done properly when i called to address the concerns i was offered a full refund and i was told the alignment was off because of another part . The man helped order the part and we made plans to get it replaced the following week, when i when back for the refund it’s like i spoke to a completely different person who offered me a refund and this time they told me they wou

When I arrived at Mr Leo tire shop, he approached me and greeted me, After explaining my need's. ( wheel alignment and tire mounting/balance. He then quickly got his team to work and finish the job. I use to go some where else to do this job. From this experience, I found a new shop. I recommend it!!!
