Called Kia Roadside Assistance for my wife's K5 and they were dispatched. They were quick! Driver was very nice and took great care of the wife's car while winching it up on the flatbed. Transportation was great also! I would definitely recommend them!

Y'all, I've now lived long enough to see a tow truck show up faster than I could get the car ready. Like, literally, 15 mins after I made the tow order on the app. But, that aside, here's the part of the review that's actually awesome as a result of stuff they have control over lol. But for real, 15 mins flat, both my wife and I were jaw dropped. This was hands down the literal best experience I've ever had with this kind of service. The man showed up, to the right place, and didn't look like he was mad he had to tow my car. So on top of being super friendly, he answered a buncha dumbass questions the customer had, and didn't make the fact that my car died in a place that was inconvenient for him to tow it, MY problem. There are very gentleman and there know how fixing cars the have the right equipment to inspect you vehicle also before do anything to your car he consulting you first and then there start fixing. My opinion is one of the best mechanics shop
