These guys are pro! Tony and Austin showed up faster than you can order a pizza. They towed a large 10 ton Hino 368 over 2 hours away to our shop like it was a walk in the park. Our truck had been badly damaged in a rollover but they took the time to ensure it was secured and safe for the trip and they got it there with no drama and no problems not to mention they beat their competitors price by 300 bucks. 10 out of 10 I recommend these guys to anyone. I have to drop my car for service 180 miles away from North Myrtle Beach to Raleigh rode with Tony. Such a great person, Tony was at pick up 10 minutes before made sure my car is safe and securely loaded. Over all experience A+++

Driver showed up to the scene of an accident involving my 17 year old. Vehicle was 1.8 miles from my home. We asked him to tow the vehicle to our house and he said he couldn’t because of insurance purposes. However, my insurance company said that’s not true. So I’m positive he took advantage of me in a vulnerable state. Currently, I’m trying to retrieve my vehicle to avoid any more daily storage fees and the owner can’t seem to make himself available for that to happen. Seemingly just to continue to take advantage of me and as much of my money as possible. Shame on you. Terrible behavior. I will tell every person I know to avoid your service at all costs. ***Follow-up*** They had possession of my vehicle for less than 48 hours, towed it five miles and our bill was over $708.
