Hands Down! The best customer service I have ever experienced. I was greeted before I even got to the door. I had several people say they would be right with me within moments of walking inside. I had a trailer tire that kept going flat. They fixed and returned it to my vehicle in minutes. I was ready to pay the fee, but they ended up waiving it. The whole process took maybe 10 mins. I am very pleased with the service they provided and I will definitely be a return customer. Thank you everyone who helped me.

I brought I said a tires in to get rebalanced they were not that bad but noticeable when I got them back took 2 hours longer and it was estimated I put them on later in the shake was even worse I went to Les Schwab in Independence had them rebalanced they said they were off significantly I was thinking not a big deal. I still had a bad shake they told me I had cheap tires that they would sell me some I pumped the brakes at that point with a good year. The rebalance the wheels and tires and said that there's a chance they did not use the right hub of centric ring to balance on the machine and honestly it is never drove better it is smooth all RPMs and all speeds but no issues I've gone to a different Les schwabs Corvallis Albany in Independence and sadly it's getting worse I do not recommen

Super clean super friendly have a lot of stuff here for your tires. They’ll do a free inspection for your for your alignment really professional and they have a lot of tires and stuff and they do other things to besides just tires. They do alignments and other mechanic stuff like stuff for your for your shocks and things like that too. And they have coffee and popcorn while you’re waiting.

Only two of my tires are technically less Schwab tires. However, I caught a nail in a back tire. It technically was not one of the tires I got from their company. They were nice enough to take my tire, and not charge me to repair it. 30 minutes before closing no less!
