Brought the old bruiser in for an alignment, they found way more issues that were fairly severe. They let me poke around while it was on the lift and showed me the carnage. Obtained a fast quote with above OEM parts and they punched it out. New steering gear box, power steering supply line and an alignment. Thought the price wasn't bad either. I confess I dont buy tires from them, but they knocked it out. Friendly and fast. I'll be back.

These folks are honest and very knowledgeable. I went there for a specific service, but due to some existing issues with my vehicle, they denied service. They consulted with me about what needs to be repaired first, showed my the issues firsthand, and invited me back when everything was repaired. I sincerely appreciated and valued that visit, and I will be back to give them my business. Between getting my vehicle in the bay, doung a thorough inspection, knowing this was No Sale, they wound up spending over 30 minutes of their time with me. Yep, I'll be back so they can make up that loss, with some profit, and send me away a satisfied customer.

We broke a spring on our 5th wheel. Limped into Les Schwab with little hope they could fix such a major problem on something other than a car or truck. We were wrong. Not only did they know exactly where to get the part we needed (thanks Iron Bear Trailers) but they knew exactly how to fix it. They got us back on the road same day. Manager Dillon Glynn and Asst. Manager Justin Power and their entire staff were great, helpful, efficient and just plain nice!

The customer service is excellent — everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and really helpful. The estimators and service techs, especially John, went above and beyond to make sure everything was on time and fixed right. They even gave me a courtesy ride, which I really appreciated. Overall, this was the best service experience I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend!
