Had a Ford dealer not Rotate or balance my tires properly when they serviced my 2023 F150 Powerboost. Brought it here . They pulled it right in , they Re Balanced all 4 and moved the tires where they needed to be - to correct my tire wear . I Told them there my new Service center from now on 😃. They did the work for free 🙏 🫂 🤗

I came to this location this morning a bit stressed because I kept having to put air in my right rear tire. I am new to Minnesota and thought it could be due to the cold but it kept happening. When I got here, Jaydon was very professional and was transparent about my wait time which was less than an hour and a half. That was fast considering there were scheduled appointments ahead of me and other shops told me not to bother coming in. Turns out there was a nail in my tire, Don didn’t charge me and that just made my day. It was such a blessing I was not expecting. I stopped in today to purchase new tires and had a great experience. The store was very clean and well-organized. Kyle greeted me right away and was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in finding me the best deal. Excellent customer service all around. I highly recommend this location.

2 hours to swap 4 tires from one set of wheels to the other. That's dismounting 8 tires (4 of which I already took the valve core out of), mount/balance ONE set of wheels and reinstall. Mind you this is WITH an appointment not walk-in. I've worked as a tire tech before, a job like this is an hour tops. $167 to do the work, no time estimate given even though it states online they will tell you once checked in. No apologies on wait, no nothing. That's some quality customer service. I'm not looking for you to bend over backwards for me by any means, just give me an ETA. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO DISCOUNT TIRE, THEY DO THE EXACT SAME WORK FOR $80 AND IN LESS TIME. The only reason I went here was because they had an available time slot.
