Les Schwab Tire Center

Fantastic customer service. Brandon and Tara working the counter were extremely kind and helpful. Costco wanted to replace the tire and said it was not patchable. Les Schwab took a look at the tire and was able to repair it at no change. Mike in the bay working with my tire was also very friendly and kind. Went out of his way to help me and turn off the tire indicator warning light twice. Thank you for making my visit at your shop pleasant. Keep up the good work guys. Tara you were a delight to chat with and thanks again girl.

Extremely satisfied with the crew at the Bozeman Reeves Les Schwab. From my first interaction I was greeted with a smile. The receptionist who is fairly new, was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and if she didn’t know the answer she found out the answer immediately. Brandon the General Manager was beyond polite and took a lot of pride in his shop and his crew. I would highly recommend Les Schwab to anyone. Tires are reasonably cheap compared to around town, warranty’s, and free flat repair and rotations. Use to shop at Costco for tires but this shop will get my business going forward! Older lady working the counter on 2/4/26 very rude. I had made an appointment online to get new tires and for an oil change. She told me "I hope you are just dropping it off cause we aren't going to be able to get you in for a while." Had an appointment at 1 and was there at 1. Was fully prepared to spend well over $3500 there and because of the poor customer service I will be spending that elsewhere. This is not the first poor interaction that I have had with her. If I have an appointment you should honor it.

I showed up to get some air in my tire and found out I had a screw in one of them, they were able to get me in right away to patch it up. This has happened twice now and was able to get me in right away both times within a reasonable wait!! I love how everyone is always so kind and helpful! Amazing customer service.

They do their best, but the line is always SO LONG and moves quite slow. Makes it really difficult & time consuming; even if you made an appointment first you still have to wait in line to get checked in. They need to have quick lane for people with appointments. Also I dropped my car off on Saturday and was told I could pick it up next day. Well when I got there on Sunday they were closed so I was misinformed. Should be open Sundays for how busy they are
