Les Schwab Tire Center

We wanted to say how kind Michael and Hunter were in taking care of my wife’s flat tire yesterday! We have been Les Schwab clients in the past, but we just bought a brand new car at Kia Of Everett and the front drivers tire, had a nail in it already… Since we live in Easton, we went over to Cle Elum Les Schwab store, to see if they could help us out and they were more than happy to fix our flat tire for us, for no charge! Their hospitality and kindness was above and beyond at the Cle Elum Les Schwab Tire store. Driving to Tacoma with my son and my tire exploded around 5pm. Had to get a tow to the Les Schwab in Cle Elum. Called them while waiting for the tow and they assured me they would be open and waiting me. Not only were they able to get my rusted spare out from under my truck, they inflated it, and put it on at no charge! That kind of hospitality just made a customer for life! Unfortunately I didn’t get any names, but everyone there was kind, helpful and understanding!

We are four hours away from home and one of our tires kept losing air so we stopped at the les Schwab in Cle Elum as soon as we walked in Taylor Dewey rushed to help us and got our tire on pretty quick, she checked all the sensors and made sure we were good to go in a timely manner. We weren’t in there for 20 minutes, she had us in and out, we truly appreciate her service.

Karl was super patient and kind. He took the time to teach me WHY certain things could or couldn't be the issue with my car so I could make the best decision for my circumstance and had the patience with me while I verified dates and times with my brother. I left happy and secure in my purchase of super sweet new shoes for my Mazda-rati! Safety and secure is the most important to me, specially now the snow is coming. Thanks Karl and the awesome woman who took time to actually call my brother to verify some info.

Tis place is the best, I have and accident on the highway with a flat tire and the toll truck dropped my vehicle at les schwab tis people who work there are amazing, hard workers and the service is the best, I have my tire fixed and they don’t even charge me for they have the best customer service ever I really appreciate what they do for me . I get back on the road, fix the tire and light after roll over and go back home thanks to gods .
