This morning at 5:10 am I had a flat tire on HWY 525. I limped into to the tire center at about 6:00 am. They don't open until 8 am, and I was ready to sit there until someone showed up. I had an appt. in Seattle at 930 am that I absolutely had to get to and with the ferry construction schedule, it looked like I would not make it. Bob and Gary show up about 6:15:am. I explained my predicament and they said " we'll see what we can do". Next thing I know they're opening up early for me, opening the garage door, taking my car in and putting a new tire on ( it was a very bad flat). Of course they let me come inside, relax and offered me some coffee. These guys went above and beyond the call of duty, and I made my appt. I had a nail in my tire and my air pressure had been dropping over the course of a few days -- another auto repair shop completely disregarded this and claimed they couldn't find a problem with any of my tires. The person who worked on my vehicle was kind and explained the issue and fix clearly and succinctly. The wait was short and there was no cost for the service. A few days have now passed, and the tire patch is holding up well.

I can’t recommend the Clinton location enough. I got a flat tire in Freeland with no way to get to the Clinton shop and no tow trucks available. When I called the store to ask for help, they sent the manager Bob to ME to assess the situation and help me problem solve. When I got to the Clinton store, they were very thorough in communicating with me about my car, timing, and kept me informed all along the way. They even stayed open 45 minutes past closing time to get my tire put on! Outstanding service all around. Would highly recommend

I had been going to them for years, but it turns out they really have been jerking me around. I do not know much about vehicles and they were not being honest with me or giving me the information they should have given me. They were sneakily not providing services they were supposed to and are not upholding a warranty on tires I bought from them. This last time I went, they were very unorganized and even the employees seemed confused as to what was going on and the information that was given to me. I am very unhappy and after talking with many in the community and hearing their stories, I will be going elsewhere from now on. I am surprised there are so many good reviews on google because the Facebook community of Whidbey Island had nothing but negative stories about the Clinton location. I
