Les Schwab Tire Center

This place is a joke. I’m lucky I did not die. I went to ask for air, due to low pressure warning. The dude noticed a nail, okay, but then said it should be fine and hold air when I asked how urgent, as I had to pick my kid up at daycare. The picture says it all, and I question their qualifications to help with tires and I’m lucky I did not travel more than a couple miles on back road….definitely won’t be giving them my business.

It is amazing what Les Schwab did for me today All I wanted done was the premium oil change and a front end alignment which includes a lot of other details that we take for granted. I want to pay for the bill they took off the front and alignment because it was good, I bet most other places would not have done that they would have charged me. I really trust you guys now and I will keep using you as long as my car stays on four tires

Mike at the Les Schwab on Integrity Center Point off of Powers and Barnes was amazing. While heading home Tuesday from work my tire pressure light came on. When I got home and started to put air in my tire, I discovered a nail in the tire. With not much time left before the store would be closing I took a chance and raced to the store in hopes of making it in time to get my tire fixed. I work full time at Uchealth so if I did not make it in that night to get the repair I would not have been able to get it done until this weekend due to my work schedule. As I pulled in, feeling horrible for getting there so late Mike greeted me in the parking lot and asked what he could help me with. Elijah was very kind and quick. He assessed my tire thoroughly and let me know my issue could be patched which was a relief knowing I did not need a new tire. 10/10 service I will be returning!

This was my first time going to Les Schwab and it was a fantastic experience. Not accounting for the increased prices for parts, the service and communication was great. I took my car in at 9Am to drop off, within 2 hours they called me to let me know what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I then called several other shops to compare prices and Les Schwab was offering one of the most competitive prices. They were able to swap out my front rotors and brakes within another 2 hours. When I went back to get my car, I was greeted in the parking lot by one of the mechanics and walked over to the check out counter. Always hurts paying so much for maintenance costs but I do love the warranty!
