Les Schwab Tire Center

Very bad experience. I went only to install the tires that I had already bought, and when I asked for an alignment they told me they "couldn't do it" because my ball joints were supposedly destroyed. I asked them to show me the problem and they refused, even though there was no noise, no play, and no real sign of damage. They also gave me a quote of more than $550 for suspension work that was not necessary. After leaving, I inspected the suspension myself and confirmed that nothing is broken. Everything is intact. The tires were installed correctly, but the attempt to sell me unnecessary repairs was very disappointing. I do not recommend this place. If you go, be careful and always ask to see proof of any "problems" they claim your vehicle has.

Ive been going to Les Schwab for over 30 years. Ive broken down and have been stranded all over the inland PNW and every Les Schwab that Ive dealt with has been great at getting me in ASAP. No matter of other customers appointments knowing that they live in the area and can wait a couple extra hours while the get the traveler down the road. Not this one. I was driving down the interstate from Spokane to Lincoln Nebraska in a Uhaul towing a car and at 8PM the tire lugs on the car sheard off and we were staranded on the side of I90 about 10 miles from Deer Lodge with our cat. We called Montana towing and had a great experience with the owner. He said the Les Schwab here in Deer Lodge would get us taken care of and back on the road asap. I was driving down the road from Idaho Falls and my tire was having issues. These guys got me in took care of it crazy fast. These guys are awesome.
