This Les Schwab location has earned my trust. They’re honest, straightforward, and never push things I don’t need. Chris at the counter is especially great—super friendly and always going the extra mile. I forgot to note my mileage at my last visit, and before I knew it, Chris was already jogging across the parking lot to get it for me. That’s real service. Highly recommend this store,you can feel confident coming here.

I recently took my Tesla to the Les Schwab Tire in Elk Grove to have my TPMS sensors replaced. Unfortunately, the technician damaged my brand-new wheels during the service. When I brought this to the manager Chris’s attention, he was not very reasonable. He even tried to claim that the wheels were refinished or damaged beforehand. I expected the manager to own up to the damage and cover the full repair costs, but instead, he offered only to cover 50% of the repair cost or give an $80 discount. After a lengthy discussion of over 15 minutes, it was clear they were unwilling to do more. This is my first and will be my last time at this Les Schwab Tire. I’m extremely disappointed with the service and the way this situation was handled.

Great people, tires, service, and even popcorn. Always very helpful and seems to have my interests in mind - even said I didn't need new tires! I sure went back when I did. Free rotation and flat repair. Locations everywhere for when you're on the road. I did a cross country drive and got a free rotation half way! But for this location, it's the people (that have been there for many years).

Jenn at Les Schwab is FABULOUS! I took my car to the dealership to have my tires balanced and because of my aftermarket tires they couldn’t help me. So I walk in without an appt during the holidays and she helped me right away. She also educated me on a bunch of tire facts and assured me my car was safe. Thank you, Jen!

5 stars isn't enough. I've been stopping by here for years when my tire pressure light comes on. I just drive up and Im taken care of. I have bought tires and needed other services with previous cars, always the same level of friendly knowledgable service and staff. Thanks!
