Matt seriously took care of me yesterday. Wasn’t too thrilled with slipping even a little bit with my babies in the back seat. He had me come in for a tire fitting to see how big I could go (bigger the better right?) and after deciding on a size he got it done the same day. My reputation for selling vehicles has to be stellar and that extends to the people I recommend to do work on the vehicles I sell. She quickly connected me with Trent Ehman, the assistant manager, who listened carefully to my questions about snow tires and provided clear, respectful answers without any sales pressure. Trent focused on my needs and ensured I understood my options, making the process comfortable and informative. When I returned to have my new tires installed, the high level of service continued. This Les Schwab is the absolute best I’ve ever seen in the tire business. Their customer service is next to non and their staff is amazingly friendly. Most recently I brought a vehicle in that I’ve never taken to them before for a valve stem repair on a super busy day in the shop. I called multiple other tire shops and this shop was the only one that said they could get it done last minute. They told me it would be an hour before they could get me in so they let me leave and come back. Came back and they were still backed up with customers. These guys are amazing. I had a flat and they came out and put my spare tire on my truck and didn't even charge me for it. Polite, helpful and friendly!
