If I could have left no stars I would but they made me put one star. I've had different small issues over the past few years. Not a big deal accidents happen but I took my service truck there after calling and verifying they had time I showed up there and they were short and rude I understand they were busy I asked for my tires to get mounted and balanced and I asked for short valve stems I went for a drive soon as it was done the vibration was worse than ever I end up wondering if I just had a bad tire so I bought new tires Les Schwab installed them. Same issue I end up going to Goodyear in lake Oswego they found that all four tires and wheels were off by 2 to 3:00 oz of weight I paid Goodyear in lake Oswego this even cheaper than Les Schwab was as soon as I drove it it was night and day

Wasn't cheap, but I luckily got the last battery appropriate for my car. Was able to get an appointment right away. Great customer service SO appreciated!!! Thank you, les Schwab!

This is TWO SEPARATE times they have swindled me out of hundreds of dollars. Just to find out they really can't help me but made sure to get 1600$ from me first before sending me to another shop to have to pay another person thousands to fix diagnos and so fourth. If that was the case the new tires could have waited and I could have fixed the real problem. I asked for an inspection and alignment and I got a whole lot more work done by end of day because I was lead to believe it would fix the problem at hand with the vehicle which In fact it had not. (First experience) SECOND TIME GETTING SCREWED.(8 months later on a whole different car) I paid to have tie rods replaced. 3 days later I take it back to them due to a severe pull that was not present before they worked on it.
