Les Schwab Tire Center

In late 2024 I purchased a full set of brand new Road Control 2 195 65 R15 from this location. I also bought a brand new full set of studded winter tires of the same size about 6 weeks later. This Les Schwab location was the only place to any work near my tires. In the spring I had my road control 2s put back on. I assumed they put on 4 195 65 R15s. Unfortunately I didn't check to make sure that all four tires were the same size. In the summer I went to check my tires to see if they needed rotated. This is when I noticed that on of the brand new tires that I purchased from them was a 205 65 R15 instead. My receipt says 4 195 65 R15s. I got 3 195 65 R15s and one 205 65 R15s instead. They didn't inform me that they changed size on one tire. This seems like something a customer should be info

Made a appointment a week out to get some rear control arms replaced on our vehicle. Took it in the day it was supposed to be done dropped the vehicle off. A hour later they called and said they didnt have the parts. I mean they had a week to order! They ended up doing it the next day. They didnt even call ahead of time or anything to let us know that they didnt have the parts until the day of. Not good!!

Worst place. First you make an appointment then after them having your car for over an hour they got to busy with walk ins to do your car.. makes no sense what's the point of an appointment then? I called clarkston talked to them they even said that was not how things are done and i should call management. Funny how their sister store told me to do that. It's happened 3 times now with them I'll never go back.
