Update 2/3/26 . Came back in for TPMS sensor replacement , Wendy at the counter and the guys who did the work were outstanding ! Highly recommend this Les Schwab ! Go see "Em ! . 1/30/26 .A family member bought new tires from here and afterwards the TPMS dash light would not turn off after Les Schwabs putting new valve stems on . Vernon the manager offered me fast friendly service ,had the sensors rechecked, they tested bad , and he deducted the original TPMS rebuild fee from the total of the new ones ordered . The premises were exceptionally clean inside and out and Vernon offered me coffee and popcorn too ! Give Vernon a call ...5 Stars ! I will update this review after the new TPMS sensors are installed next week . I review businesses on Google after I use them , hence the 1.1 MILLIO

I've noticed a sharp decline in customer services just a few years after grand opening. Today they'll find every excuse to sell you a new tire even if they just sold you one 😂 or don't need it. Years back the former manager was on top of things, she ensured speedy service and was courteous and the assistant managers ensured you got the best deal in town. Well, those days are gone, today once they got your money you're pretty much treated like a red headed step child. Good luck

We are so very thankful for the warranty services they provide on tires. It's been convenient to get in for something as quick as topping off air or nails poking into the tires that need patched.

A Manager he said was by the name of “Vern” helped us giving us info on wheels for our vehicle. He explained to us for about half hour about the quality & how they are better than any wheel shop in Merced. When we got to the end we asked about our price estimate. He for some reason couldn’t give us a price saying he had to actual place the order with the outside company for the wheels. It made us believe he wanted more time figuring out the estimate so he can know how much bonus to add on for himself! He verbally gave us a guessing estimate which we’ve never have seen for pricing! He stated he would call us within a couple days for the final price BUT NEVER CALLED US BACK after we went out of our way to go home to call him back with the exact sizes of the tire we already had on meaning we

I woke up to a flat tire uggg. Called spoke with America. America is awesome she special ordered my tires had them the next day. (I had purchased all 4 for all tread was pretty low). Took 30 mins to unmount and mount and balance all tires. Checked my brake pads was told was good. Bob is super helpful. He helped out while America went to break. I recommend and will be returning every 3 months for my free tire rotation.
