Had them come to my house to jump battery and check flat tire. Greeson and his partner were very helpful and considerate. I don't drive much anymore but I have purchased a car battery and tires from them plus tune ups and oil changes. They're great. 5 stars from me.

Awesome staff, have visited twice: first time bought tires at reasonable prices for the good quality, asked for windshield wiper replacements and installation, they very kindly helped find and do the work: this last time I thought I needed to have an alignment but they inspected it and said no, I definitely feel they tightened something so THANK YOU 🙏🙏🙏🙌🙌....they charged nothing while working/looking at the car for half an hour or hour, not sure made plans because I respect however long they need to help my family, they took no money no tip but still gave me their communication and consideration. I've read some one star reviews and it makes me question the kind of tones and attitudes and cost expectations people may have, all I know is show patience and respect it'll be reflected back just

Once again the employees at the Malala store are unbelievably fantastic Mason has gone above and beyond to make me feel safer and I'm so grateful. There's two guys here that's helped me and they remind me of the old Les Schwab from back in the day. Thank you Mason for doing not just a good job but a fantastic job and making me feel safer

Went in for an alignment on my truck they ended up telling me I needed upper control arms and lower ball joints. Without missing a beat they tried to give me a quote. Got my keys and walked away. They were done 6000 miles ago and to be sure they were good, i had them checked and found no problems AT ALL. Be sure to get a second opinion on any service they recommend because they clearly dont know what they are doing in there.

Spent a lot of $ here. Got new tires for the motorhome. Getting ready to do some winter traveling. Friendly but expensive. Still, love the way Less Schwab treats the customer and the locations that are all over. Long time customer.
