Went above and beyond to take care of my flat tire as a walk in- great service!
Traveling from Oregon we had the battery light come , they diagnosed the problem as the alternator and found the part . Interesting that it was under warranty from O’ Reilly and Les Schwab arranged a swap of parts , no charge ! . Les Schwab is the best , i always buy my tires and batteries from them . They only charged 1/2 an hour Labor ,what a deal . The manager and crew were all very friendly and got us back on the in no time . Thanks !!!
Great customer service! Knowledgeable and helped us in a pinch on a valve stem for our r19.5 motorhome tire.
