I got my tires checked today at Les Schwab and Christian took amazing care of me. He explained in detail what was going on with my car, broke down the diagnostic codes, and made sure I fully understood everything. He’s super knowledgeable, well-spoken, and his hospitality really stood out. The front desk team was great too — very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back. Christian is the man!

I went in to get a price for tires and was met with a rude service person. I don't usually give reviews, but this was exceptional. I hope he finds the ability to be more tactful in the future.

A BIG shout out to Leo and Bradley at NB Les Schwab. They were the mechanics that did the work on my car and im very happy! Thanks guys! I was metal on metal with my brakes and needed them fixed like yesterday. So when I took my car in I was not expecting to get new brakes that same day. But to my surprise they had everything I needed to get me all fixed up and back on the road. It took them about 2 hours and they did a great job! A+ customer service! A+ Proficiency! I highly recommend Les Schwab. They have a great reputation for a reason!

Recently had an issue with low tire light in my Honda stopped in spur of the moment and the gentleman I spoke with immediately came out and checked and adjusted my air in all four tires. Smiling and courteous the whole time. Thank you for everything!!

Very friendly, yet service focused professionals. They were tactful and responsive to the needs of the situation and when asked of alternatives were very responsive! A great team effort with superior support. Although, I asked for a courtesy re-mounting of my spare and that was overlooked, I was not too bothered by the oversight. I was treated well!
