Les Schwab Tire Center

What is the point in making an appointment if it takes almost a hour to get my car looked at? I stopped in last week and asked about getting two tire sensors replaced and was informed that they would have to be ordered and someone would contact me to let me know when they were ready. I went 4 days without hearing from someone before I called and talked to Ken. Ken informed me that the sensors were in fact in stock and I could schedule an appointment at 10am the next day to get the job done. I showed up at 10 am and the front desk lady didn’t even know I had an appointment. I had to do a walk in. After almost a hour of waiting I was finally informed my car was being worked on. While I was waiting I walked over to talk to Jesse (my dad) and he informed me that last week Joey had walked over

Welcomed a walk-in for a flat... Not 20 miles down the road both sides came extremely loose. After a hand tightening my wheel stud broke. Mechanic thinks it may have not been proper torqued or seated. Would have been nice to know that while in a town to get it proper fixed.

Traveling through Nebraska in our motorhome on our way home from Colorado. Picked up a nail in the front tire of our tow vehicle. Planned on stopping in a North Platte campsite for overnight. Luckily we located Les Schwab Tire Center only 3 miles away. They got us in first thing the following morning to fix our tire and we got back on the road without missing a beat. Didn’t even charge to plug the tire. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

Had a terrible experience with another shop in town 🤬🤬🤬 I came in on a Saturday at 11 and they said they could get me in. Brought my car back by 12:30, they got me in and fixed in 45 minutes!!!!! Every employee I saw was working on helping one customer or another. Every mechanic I have seen looks like they actually work(get dirty). Which is a huge positive 👍👍👍 I will never go to another shop that the mechanics are clean when I walk in the door 😉Everyone was very polite and positive.

Driving across country and stopped in for traction tires. Could not have been more pleased. I am a fussy old man and they took care of me and my Jeep impeccably. I have been doing Les Schwab for 40 years and people like this are the reason why.
